Weight calculation method: the volume weight and the real weight is the largest, the volume calculation length CM× width CM× height CM divided by 5000

Tariff related: The default DDU(the recipient pays the tariff), if the recipient refuses to pay the tariff, will be borne by the sender

Weight/size limit: No more than 240×180×120CM in European countries, no more than 180×120×150CM in other countries, more than consulted separately

Compensation standard: TNT is lost before extraction, according to the declared value compensation (maximum $100 + return freight), the maximum is not more than 3 times the freight; The maximum compensation for loss after TNT extraction and transfer is not more than 100 USD. Please purchase insurance for valuable items

Return related: Foreign return address can only choose the Internet address mainland, Hong Kong, foreign return may generate TNT official freight, if there is a return fee specific to the TNT bill

Remote surcharge: The charge standard is 3.6 yuan per KG× fuel of the month, the minimum charge is 83 yuan × fuel of the month/ticket

Correction of delivery address surcharge: 100 yuan/ticket

Customs Prepayment (DDP) fee: 150 RMB/ticket

Non-stackable goods surcharge: such as cylindrical, irregular packaging, non-stackable goods will be charged a surcharge of 260× monthly fuel/ticket

TNT Oversize cargo surcharge: Any of the following items will be charged RMB161 × monthly fuel/ticket

1. For a single piece of real weight less than 30KG of goods, the size exceeds; 120CM*70CM*60CM(no length, width and height)

2. For a single piece of goods heavier than 30KG, the size exceeds; 120CM*120CM*150CM(150cm high fixed, its two sides are not divided)

Relevant provisions

Kuwait declared more than 1500USD or the weight of more than 70KG of goods are to be formally declared, need to provide the original invoice and original certificate of origin;

Saudi goods need the following items, otherwise customs clearance will be delayed and warehouse rental will be generated: In particular, Saudi goods will be transferred to the destination after the completion of customs clearance in Bahrain

1. SASO certificate (Saudi Standards Organization Certification Certificate) is required: 1. Toys,2. Electrical and electronic products Mobile phones, mobile phone accessories,3. Automotive products,4. Chemical products, textiles, medical instruments, medical products, food; For example: Laptop, Computer accessories, Motor accessories, Auto parts, Light fittings, Adapters, Chargers, Power bank, Computer spare parts, Mobile phones phones) and other goods, and only recognized SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas these products require the SASO certificate issued by internationally renowned companies! The recipient of the above products must be the company;

2. Invoice requirements: The invoice must indicate the HS code and origin of the commodity; Truthfully declare the value, if the customs is suspected of underreporting, the customer needs to reassess and provide proof of payment. If the declared amount is higher than 100 USD, the original invoice is required; If the declared amount is higher than 2500 USD, original invoice and original Certificate of origin are required; Certificate of Origin requirements: The original can be sent separately, but a copy must be attached with the goods.

3. Waybill and invoice: must indicate the recipient's phone number (it is recommended to provide a mobile phone number).

4. Goods: must be marked with "Made in China" or "Manufactured in China" labels.

5. Private goods with a value exceeding 1350USD, a copy of the Saudi recipient's identity card (ID) must be provided.

India: Recipients must register with TNT India with ID, address, copy of import license, and other special documents required for import clearance. And the sender must provide the complete recipient's contact information - contact person, department, telephone, mobile phone, email address in the information filling area of the waybill recipient in order to contact the recipient to assist in customs clearance in time (the recipient's address must be consistent with the KYC document, otherwise it can not be cleared, resulting in destruction, etc.). KYC refers to: provide the identity and address authentication documents of the importer (Know Your Customer, referred to as KYC), KYC suggests that the goods should be registered in accordance with the requirements of KYC before arrival for customs clearance

Qatar more than 99kg of cargo

1. Provide the original COO and the original CCPIT certified invoice;

2. Special customs clearance/delivery fee is required for the recipient. Please refer to the specific fee as follows.
